How To Win Your Love Back And Keep Them

You’ve been dumped by your ex and you are sure it is all a big mistake, and all you can think about is how to win your love back and keep them.

Begin by looking at yourself and getting yourself straightened out. This means stopping all contact with your ex for a few weeks while you get over your emotions and get things in order in your own mind. Stopping all contact means exactly that and no half measures.

When you ex has said she wants you to leave the on their own, you do not want to be seen as needy and desperate and you will give this bad impression if you try to contact them all the time, when they have made it clear that they don’t wish to speak to you.

For the time being you are free, so use this time to your advantage to get over your sadness and sort out your own problems. Go out with your friend, find new ones, see the family, and make sure that you are fully occupied. The last thing that you want to d is sit at home thinking of your ex and moping. All this will do is get you more depressed which is the very last thing you want to happen.

You may find it difficult to get out and see others and enjoy yourself but it is the start of any therapy as you must get over shock of the break up. As you start to feel better you will be better able to take an objective view of what has happened.

It is likely that you both created the problems that eventually brought down your relationship, so don’t start by thinking that everything was the fault of your ex partner. There must be things that you did badly, and so you must take responsibility for these mistakes and decide how you will avoid them in the future if you eventually return into each others arms.

This is but the start of getting your ex back if you are trying to win your love back and keep them.
